Job Description
Clients who have suffered a lifedisrupting injury due to the negligence of others trust us to help them on the best path forward. We are looking for dynamic intake paralegals who understand the importance of client service anddesire to shepherd our clients through this process.
We are excited to open offices soon in the Los Angeles area and are looking for Intake Paralegals to join our team.
About the job:
This is a fastpaced team environment that is committed to excellent work and enjoying what we do. The position entails answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner. Responding to calls efficiently and accurately including addressing concerns notifying paralegals and investigators providing excellent customer service and performingother administrative duties.
Available Schedules:
- TuesdayFriday 9:00 am 6:00 pm & Saturday 1:00 pm 9:00 pm
- Sunday 1:00 pm 9:00 pm & MondayThursday 9:00 am 6:00 pm
Minimum Qualifications:
- Entry to midlevel experience with 24 years in a heavy phone and administrative environment such as a contact center or medical office.
- Proficient computer and administrative skills.
- Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary.
- Willingness and ability to interact with clients adjusters and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
- REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Other languages considered for the position: ChineseMandarin/Cantonese Tagalog Vietnamese.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Intake Paralegal experience.
- Personal injury law firm experience.
Total Compensation Package:
- $24$28 per hour $50K$60K per year) Bonus
