Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Architect with AIA certification to lead and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management design coordination and client relations while ensuring projects meet quality budget and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage the planning design and of architectural projects ensuring compliance with AIA standards and local building codes.
  • Design & Coordination: Oversee design development construction documentation and specifications while coordinating with consultants engineers and contractors.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their needs and translating them into project solutions.
  • Budget & Scheduling: Develop and manage project budgets schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely and costeffective project delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of architects designers and interns fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate them.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory requirements including zoning laws sustainability guidelines and safety standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits oversee construction administration and review submittals to maintain design integrity and construction quality.

Qualifications:

  • AIA Certification (Preferred)
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • Licensed Architect (Statespecific licensure preferred)
  • 7 years of architectural project management experience
  • Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of construction methods materials and project delivery methods
  • Experience with sustainable design and LEED certification (preferred)
  • Excellent communication problemsolving and leadership skills
