Job Description

Job Summary: We are an Assisted Living Facility looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who will assist the Maintenance Team in maintaining the condition and appearance of our grounds buildings and various equipment on site.

Successful Candidates:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing electrical and HVAC equipment
Responsible for daily snow removal and salting in the winter months
Set up rooms forvarious Resident activities
Help with remodeling and carpentry work of resident rooms and apartments
Maintain proper and acceptable maintenance responsibilities as guided by standards

Qualifications:

Training and/ or experience working in plumbing electricalHVAC and carpentry
Minimum two years of recent experience working in a fastpaced high quality environment
Reliable transportation every single day
Take pride in producing high quality handiwork

Position Details:

3240 hours per week
MondayFriday occasional evening/ weekends
Day Shift typically 9a5p

Compensation: $20.00/ hour
