Job Description

ServiceMaster Green is a valuesdriven growing locally owned ServiceMaster franchise with hundreds of employees offering commercial janitorial and carpet cleaning services throughout the Des Moines Metro area. We currently are accepting rsums for the position of Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Job responsibilities include the following

Customer invoicing and billing including some followup collection calls

Manage general ledger including reconciling accounts and monthly adjustments

Requirements include:

High level of competency using QuickBooks Desktop Pro

High level of proficiency in Excel

Strong organization time management communication and problemsolving skills

Able to multitask with limited supervision

Communicate effectively professionally and accurately in verbal and written English

Minimum 35 years experience in a similar position

Our business has experienced solid growth for several years and we anticipate continued longterm growth. The candidate must be willing to accept new opportunities projects and responsibilities to keep up with the companys needs.

This position reports directly to the companys CEO/President

Available: Immediately
