About the Role:
As the Virtual Internship Manager youll lead the full lifecycle of IIDEs 3month Virtual Internship Program. Youll manage interns from across India and international locations ensuring a highly engaging skillenhancing and seamless experience. This is a key role that blends program management mentorship training coordination and crossfunctional collaboration.
What Youll Do:
Program Coordination
Manage the endtoend of the Virtual Internship Programfrom onboarding through final evaluations
Ensure operational excellence across all touchpoints
Mentorship & Engagement
Guide interns throughout their journey providing regular mentorship feedback and encouragement.
Ensure learning outcomes and project milestones are consistently met.
Training & Development
Plan and host virtual training sessions to keep interns informed inspired and connected.
Work with internal teams to curate impactful content for intern development.
Feedback & Performance Tracking
Collect intern feedback regularly to refine and improve the program.
Monitor progress through assessments and mentor inputs sharing detailed performance reports with leadership.
Admin & Coordination
Handle logistics like scheduling documentation and program communications.
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines expectations and updates.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Partner with the Team Lead and other departments to align the internship program with IIDEs growth goals and standards.
Requirements
Who You Are:
MustHave:
Experience in managing virtual programs internships or learning initiatives
Strong mentorship and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for talent development
Excellent communicationboth verbal and writtenespecially in virtual formats
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
Techsavvy and comfortable with digital platforms for project and communication management
Proactive and solutionsoriented approach to problemsolving
