Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate
Location: Marietta GA
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift: 1st and 3rd Shift
Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Quality Assurance Associates for a manufacturing warehouse located in Marietta!
Qualifications for Quality Assurance Associates:
After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:
Must have QA/QC experience in a warehouse preferably one year.
Must be able to lift 15 lbs. at times.
Must be able to communicate with a basic understanding of work in English and Spanish.
Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications.
Great attentional to detail.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Assignment Duties for Quality Assurance Associates:
Inspecting output samples using industry appropriate methods such as measuring dimensions examining the functionality and comparing to standards.
Determining the causes of production defects and reworks.
Checking that the operators if the production lines adhere to standards and procedures.
Proposing improvements to the production process.
Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs.
Updating work orders.
Assisting in the development of test method and inspection plans.
Recording inspection results by completing reports.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Shift Details:
1st: 6:00AM6:00PM *Call for more information)
3rd: 6:00PM6:00AM *Call for more information)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
