Job Description

- Clean and maintain the pool area and exercise room
- Keep grounds clear of visible trash and cleans the parking lot sidewalks breezeways stairs and entrance thoroughly including removal
- Report any problems that would interfere with guest satisfaction
- Keep the storage area clean every day and lock all storage areas before clocking out
- Verify that all exterior lights are working properly
- Report and fix any safety hazards throughout the hotel
- Other duties as assigned
- MF schedule with some weekend and holidays as needed
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Must have basic plumbing & electrical knowledge as well as basic understanding of major mechanical systems such as HVAC & Hot Water Systems
- An AA degree in mechanical electrical or industrial maintenance preferred
- Prior Swimming Pool upkeep preferred
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
