Job Description
Position : Lab Tech I (Recent college graduates)
Location : Vernon Hills IL
Duration : 12 Months
Total Hours/week : 40.00
1st Shift
Client: Medical Device Company
Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only)
Job Description:
- Demonstrates significant attention to detail and completes work assignments accurately and on time
- Develops skills in basic tasks techniques and procedures within one skill area / process / method
- Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps
- Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines
- Works with a high degree of supervision
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required Builds understanding of processes within own work group. Recent college graduate preferred.
- Understands how assigned duties relate to those of others on the team
- Volunteers for selfdevelopment assignments when made aware of opportunities
- Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems has limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Takes personal accountability for ones decision and actions and maintains an open mind to feedback
