The Program Supervisor will be expected to participate in an oncall rotation inorder to provide remote clinical backup and supervision to the Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT). The Program Supervisor will review and signoff on at least 20 of MCORTS reports for quality assurance purposes. Will manage and supervise direct care staff including regular supervision managing schedules and addressing any performance issues.
The 988 Program provides 24/7 mobile community outreach services to adults in crisis including mental health substance use and suicidal emergencies. Staff dispatch to crises in teams of two with a Crisis Response Specialist and a Peer Support Specialist to provide assessment risk assessment safety planning linkage to services and followup care. The Program aims to provide crisis deescalation without use of law enforcement unless necessary for consumer or team safety.

Full time; 3:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m.

Education/Experience:
Must possess a Masters Degree in a mental health related field and will possess a clinical license (LPC LCSW etc) in addition to two years postmasters fulltime equivalent professional experience in a psychiatric setting. The Program Supervisor must have at least one year of supervisory experience.
