Qualifications
Bachelor Degree preferred High School Diploma/GED required
5 years experience in an industrial plant environment required
5 years Operations/Distribution/Quality experience
3 years managing and developing employees required
Proficient at Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Hazardous Work Permits Lock out Tag out and Management of Change.
OSHA Process Safety Management experience desired
Quality management experience in an environment with a focus on process control and continuous improvement preferably in the ISO framework.
Communication and Collaboration skills Both verbally and in writing with managers colleagues and individuals inside and outside the Company at all Levels.
Strategic Thinking Ability to leverage Safety insights and Best Practices to influence strategy and operations.
Change Leadership Communicates business need for a change in safety strategy and processes.This includes defining vision state leading change/engaging teams and implementing

Global Helium is seeking a Plant Manager to join our team located in Beaumont TX.
This role is responsible for the safe efficient and costeffective operation of a helium processing purification and distribution site. The Plant Manager must lead a highperformance team driving deliverables around key measures including safety quality service cost employee growth and continuous improvement. The Plant Manager serves as a liaison between the feedstock provider process plant and leadership team.
Responsibilities
Run the daily operations and assist in the areas of service production manufacturing and/or maintenance to ensure the required business objectives are met in a safe and environmentally compliant manner
Supervise production employees and operational performance; meet established quality productivity and cost objectives while ensuring adherence to safety and compliance programs
Provide leadership and direction for daytoday operation over a team of entrylevel production employees to meet demand of both external and internal customers
Coordinate production to meet daily distribution requirements including local delivery routes as well as daily shuttle needs
Plan daily production activities for all shifts
Support Day to Day Distribution requirements
Lead reliability compliance quality and safety programs for assigned area; ensures required government and/or environmental regulations are met
Ensure team is fully trained in committed to and conduct their activities in accordance with all aspects of Linde Safety and Quality systems and requirements coordinating quality and safety training with Compliance Manager
Monitor production/manpower levels within area of responsibility to ensure continued efficiency while anticipating problems and assisting with developing contingencies reporting to plant management any problems issues or production needs
Identify issues and lead improvement plans in production processes shift schedules overtime levels training etc. reporting all activities to leadership team
Manage and escalate equipment and product quality issues
Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory of production supplies
Oversee and manage inventory levels and complete DOT shipping documents
Support 5S and Lean Projects and continuously identify ways to reduce plant operating costs through the incorporation of Operational Excellence strategies
Oversee and direct hazardous waste activities in accordance with requisite policy and regulation.
Handles routine personnel issues including training coaching and counseling subordinates
