Project Controller
What you can look forward to as Project Controller (m/f/d):
- Drive project team towards committed financial targets anticipate & identify potential npv drops in an early stage and support initiatives in case of cost gaps
- Critical check of commercial customer & supplier contracts (volume & productivity clauses FX & Raw material clauses etc)
- Ensure that responsibilities and ownership of project financials are clearly defined in the project team
- Evaluate proactively the economic health of projects in the creation phase and until the start of production
- Ensure the project team selects the most economic solutions ensure that project approval is based on accurate economic projections
- Identify risks early support the project team in identifying implementing and tracking mitigation activities
- Drive decisionmaking by asking the right questions driving escalation via product line or via Finance function if necessary
- Ensure accurate tracking of change requests (costing/pricing) within the project (change of requirements) & Push for maximum customer reimbursements by ensuring that invoicing is triggered when milestones are achieved
Your Profile as Project Controller (m/f/d):
- Higher education
- Experience: 12 years in accounting & reporting (familiar with IFRS) 12 years in at least 2 out of key Controlling areas (M&L Material R&D Sales Quality Cost)
- Managerial Courage & not shy ask questions when others wont
- Escalate early in case of deviations whilst maintaining a good relationship with team members based on mutual respect
- Open source mentality to exchange knowhow within BB & PjC team
- Be authentic To be quirky is an asset
- Curious Constantly exploring
- Master in ProblemSolving Think well beyond job description
