Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized efficient creative and innovative Clinical Case Manager to evaluate the need for services prioritize the level of service coordination needed and document outcomes. Must possess skill in tracking expenses and be able to negotiate services for the client that would be the most appropriate and costeffective while continually evaluating the quality of services delivered.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field plus 4 to 5 years of experience working in human services; Masters degree in Human Services preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge in the field of clinical counseling psychology or social work as well as in the developmental disabilities and behavioral systems
- Understanding of utilization management
- Proficiency in various software applications including Word Excel and Access also required
- A valid driver license and autoinsurance that has a Bodily Injury Coverage of at least $100000/person and $300000/accident
- TB Test
- Clear background check
