Job Description

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the assessment planning

implementation evaluation treatment and documentation of medical and nursing

care. The Nurse Practitioner administers care within the scope of hospital

policies and procedures andMassachusetts state regulations and standards of practice issued by TheAmerican Nurses Association and other professional organizations. The NPcollaborates/cooperates with nursing staff and other hospital and health caredisciplines for promotion of health to the optimal level of wellness forpatients families and the community.

Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in theCommonwealth of Massachusetts.

MSN Required

Minimum of one year of experience as NP in ambulatory care preferred.
