Role & responsibilities
1Sales
Ensure that the sales target for theassigned area is achieved
Create a revenue realization plan formonthly quarterly and annual sales
Plan and distribute the area target throughthe entire sales channel in terms of super stockists distributors sales teamand products to ensure achieving of target.
Create and submit the annual sales strategyfor the Area in terms of new market penetration geography market shareproduct mix or any other focus points to achieve the sales target
Understanding what the competitor is doingand keeping top management informed about market intelligence at regular orquarterly intervals by way of a formal mechanism.
2Channel Management& Development
Managing relationship with the assignedSuper stockist to ensure that there is smooth working between the company andthe super stockist
Managing the relationship with distributorsin the area.
To keep evaluating the super stockist andrecommend adding new or replacing existing super stockist to the top managementfrom time to time
To keep adding new distributors or removinginefficient distributors for achieving the sales target of the company
Visiting the market with the team to betterdesign the sales strategy and to ensure that company sales can be achieved andbrand is strengthened with Super Stockists Distributors and Retailers.
3Payment Collection
On time payment collection for companyproducts sold to Distributors from the Super stockist and from company to Superstockist
4Team Management
Identifying and hiring good supervisors officers and other members requiredfor the effective functioning of the area with management approval
Ensure that the team is retained andcontinue to work with the company and handling team queries and motivating team
Ensuring that team members achieve theirtargets
Guide and educate the team members on howthey can achieve their targets.
Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
A graduate/Post graduate with 812 years of relevant experience in Skin care/Cosmetics /similar industry.
Good to have
Knowledge of new market penetration market share product mix.
Managing therelationship with distributors in the area.
