Your role:
Were looking for a passionate and proactiveHelp & Advice Consultant to join our customer support team. In this role youll be the voice of Dulux engaging with customers and consumers through various channels including phone calls emails Live Chat and social media to answer questions provide paint and colour advice resolve complaints and ensure every interaction is handled with empathy and professionalism.
This is more than just customer service its about creating a great experience at every step of the paint journey. Youll play a vital part in building brand loyalty converting interest into sales and delivering the kind of help and guidance that makes Dulux the goto name in paint. Youll also contribute valuable insights to the wider business through reporting on customer feedback project types and trends.
