Your role:

Were looking for a passionate and proactiveHelp & Advice Consultant to join our customer support team. In this role youll be the voice of Dulux engaging with customers and consumers through various channels including phone calls emails Live Chat and social media to answer questions provide paint and colour advice resolve complaints and ensure every interaction is handled with empathy and professionalism.

This is more than just customer service its about creating a great experience at every step of the paint journey. Youll play a vital part in building brand loyalty converting interest into sales and delivering the kind of help and guidance that makes Dulux the goto name in paint. Youll also contribute valuable insights to the wider business through reporting on customer feedback project types and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer and consumer experiences through phone email live chat and social media.
• Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for service and process improvements
• Manage workflow and time independently to maintain consistent quality across all channels
• Ensure compliance with safety and sustainability procedures while contributing to a positive team environment
• Manage and monitor the social media presence of the company ensuring that content is brandaligned and relevant to target audience.

Skills & Experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical or product details clearly
• Proven customer service experience with a focus on empathy problemsolving and relationship building
• Confidence across digital communication platforms including social media live chat and email
• A creative and solutionoriented mindset ideally with an interest in paint colour or home improvement
• Excellent time management skills and a proactive teamoriented attitude
