LRRBE School Year
Little Red River Board of Education (LRRBE) is comprised of four schools located in John DOr Prairie Garden River and Fox Lake Alberta. We are the largest First Nations school system in Alberta with over 1500 students. LRRBE schools offer many exciting and highly successful programs!
Our school board has been working hard to provide our students with technology to enhance their learning such as iPads chromebooks and a SmartBoard in every classroom. We also provide comprehensive literacy programs such as: Read 180 System 44 Jolly Phonics Literacy Place and Write Crates. All schools follow the Alberta Education Curriculum enriched by the Cree language and culture of our three communities.
