Job Description
Our client a worldleader in the life sciences and diagnostics industry is looking for aBusinessTechnology Manager based out of Pleasanton CA (Hybrid).

The Business TechnologyManager works together with the Business Technology Lead to support thecreation and maintenance of custom or offtheshelf technology solutions forClinical Development and Medical Affairs (CDMA) organization. These solutionsdirectly or indirectly support the management setup conduct analysis and/orreporting of Clinical Trials. He/ She liaisons with internal and externalstakeholders to work on new and/or existing eSolutions with the intention tosolve complex business problems streamline and automate clinical trialsprocesses and drive decision making through the use of technology.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creationand/or maintenance of custom or offtheshelf eSolutions to meet CDMAstechnology needs.
- Collect and analyze requirements for the eSolution required from stakeholders.
- Utilize agile methodologies to develop software.
- Verify user expectations are met by guiding them through User AcceptanceTesting.
- Focus on boosting productivity across CDMA by working together with internaland external stakeholders on automation.
- Clearly and effectivelycommunicate eSolution modifications changed processes and
- problem solving resultsto affected groups and leadership.
- Leverage technical/business expertise to thoroughly investigate reportedincidents that involve eSolutions abnormalities failures or defects.
- Create maintain and/orobtain necessary training guides documents and user manuals for reference anduse of CDMA/Clinical Operations employees.
- Train and support CDMA/Clinical Operations employees in technical use andtroubleshooting of the eSolution reports and monitoring activities.
Requirements:
- 35 years of business/system analysis/ analytical experience
- 2 years or moreexperience in the following technology stack: Web technologies such as HTTPREST AJAX JSON JavaScript / jQuery CSS / SCSS Frontend frameworks likeReact Angular Git
