Summary
The Inside Sales/Lead Generation Sales Associate will generate revenue by calling into small and midsize companies generating leads and meetings for the outside sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth in technology sales.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new sales opportunities with small and medium businesses applying lead generation sales methodologies
- Meet or exceed quotas for qualified leads/appointments passed to the sales team through phone and emailbased prospecting
- Promptly followup with and qualify marketinggenerated inquiries for our services;
- Perform all lead nurturing activities once qualified prospects identified
- Research and gather information about target SMBs and develop prospecting lists
- Qualify prospects arrange sales appointments perform an online research to prepare for client visits
- Conduct web research and navigate organizations sites to uncover appropriate contacts
- Document all activities and interactions in the CRM tool
- Efficiently manage prospect pipeline to produce maximum results
- Create and perform various outbound call campaigns around verticals specific events or targets in addition to ongoing primary lead generation activities
- Support our direct or indirect channel sales efforts as needed or requested
- Heavy phone prospecting in order to set qualified appointments; develop utilizing a conversational approach to uncover and qualify new business opportunities
Knowledge Skills & Requirements:
- Must have previous inside sales/lead generation B2B experience. Small business sector is a plus
- Strong phone prospecting and marketing skills; ability to reach prospects creatively identify decisionmakers handle objections positively and professionally
- Maintain CRM data ability to share best practices continually improve processes and provide clear and consistent reporting to management
- Proactively manage your schedule and leads pipeline in order to meet milestones and objectives
- Field inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential
- Must be comfortable working in a fastpaced entrepreneurial work environment
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to deliver aboveexpectation results in driving pipeline growth
- Demonstrated ability to conduct extensive outbound cold calling
- Excellent organizational analytical and problemsolving skills; detailoriented
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
