Job Description
This position could be located in Reston Herndon Mclean or Chantilly VA
Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking atalented and experienced System Integrator to join our team. As a System Integrator at Freedom you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining integrated systems that optimize the performance and functionality of our clients IT environments. You will work closely with our clients technical teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of hardware software and networking components.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives and design customized system integration solutions
- Possess a deep understanding of various technologies platforms and protocols to facilitate smooth integration across different systems
- Develop integration architecture diagrams and documentation to outline the proposed solutions and technical requirements
- Configure and deploy integrated systems ensuring compatibility reliability and security
- Perform thorough testing troubleshooting and quality assurance checks to identify and resolve any integration issues
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integrated systems including updates patches and performance monitoring
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to provide updates gather feedback and address any concerns
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system integrations including configuration settings procedures and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with Poly
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a System Integrator
- Strong knowledge of networking operating systems databases and software applications
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g. Python PowerShell)
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. Cisco Microsoft AWS) are a plus
