Job Description
Halberstadts in Bismarck is hiring a fulltime store manager. This is a 45 hour/week role that includes weekends. We are seeking a motivated leader who wants to grow and expand within our company to open up more retail stores. The manager is responsible for:
Leading a team of 46 individuals
consistently hitting sales goals
motivating team members daily
organizing monthly meetings
maintaining a positive and friendly space for all
at least 2 years of management and retail is necessary
This position has earning potential of over $100k for the right person who has the drive and ambition to excel in retail.
