Construction Estimator
Minneapolis MN Direct Hire $100k $115k
Konik is partnered with a growing construction company that is adding a Construction Estimator to their team. Hybrid flexibility company bonus and car allowance offered.
Construction Estimator Responsibilities:
- Review plans pricing and prepare bids and cost models
- Analyze project designs and costs ensuring budgets and bids meet parameters
- Facilitate bids and presentations
- Build and manage subcontractor relationships for large projects
Construction Estimator Requirements:
- 3 years of experience estimating projects at or above $15 million
- Experience estimating one or more of the following; healthcare municipal industrial mission critical
- Proficiency in full scope estimating; experience with Destiny Software or similar
- MEP knowledge a plus
