We now have a unique opening in our TRATON Holding HR department. In this position you will take over a key role to further drive and develop our Talent Management function in the Holding and also related crossbrand initiatives within the TRATON GROUP.You will be responsible for managing all strategic Talent Management topics in TRATON Holding such as Talent & Succession Planning Learning & Development Culture Employee Engagement Leadership & Management Development and Diversity & Inclusion. Additionally you will be a key contributor to the success of the functional HR strategy of the Holding as well as to the Group Talent Management focus areas and consequently also tothe TRATON GROUP strategy since sucessful Talent Management is key to delivering on our joint strategy.
/ Manage the TRATON Holding HR Talent Management team 5 employees) by taking over the disciplinary leadership function and be part of TRATONs HR management team
/ Responsible for managing all strategic Talent Management topics in the Holding such as Talent & Succession Planning Learning & Development Culture Employee Engagement Leadership & Management Development and Diversity & Inclusion
/ Drive and/or support all Talent Management related crossbrand collaboration projects within the TRATON GROUP including the Group Talent Development Programs (such as Executive Elite Program etc.
/ Steer different stakeholders such as Swedish Unions and the German Workers Councils the Chief HR Officers the top management including the Truck Board and external consultants and learning providers
/ Provide support to the Group transformation journey and contribute to the HR digitalization strategy by supporting in the implementation of the Holding learning and development module in Success Factors
/ Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or other relevant field(s)
/ Minimum ten years work experience whereof minimum three as people leader
/ Extensive experience from working with organizational talent and or leadership development or related fields in an international context
/ Selfdriven resilient solution orientated enjoying to work both strategically as well as more handson
/ Experience from successfully navigating in a complex multicultural dynamic environment
/ Strong Project Management skills and ability to deliver results while including diverse perspectives
/ High dedication and ability to enthusiasm and motivate employees and collaboration partners
/ Excellent communication skills and experience from interacting within top management level
/ Open for travelling to our brand locations
/ Full proficiency in English (German Swedish or Portuguese is a plus)
