Job Description
Securitas Security Services is hiring for aControl Center Operator to work at a client site in Wilmington MA.
The Security Control Center Operator is responsible for monitoring and coordinating security activities through advanced surveillance systems and communication tools. This role ensures the safety and security of client facilities employees and visitors by quickly identifying and responding to incidents.
Shift: MonFri
Duties:
- Surveillance Monitoring: Operate and monitor CCTV systems alarms and access controls to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
- Incident Management: Respond promptly to alarms emergencies and incidents coordinating appropriate responses with security teams and law enforcement as needed.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the central point of contact for security teams clients and other stakeholders during shifts.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities incidents and system operations.
- System Maintenance: Regularly check and troubleshoot monitoring systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce company and client security protocols and procedures.

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills
- High level of professionalism
- Sitting standing and walking for long periods of time
- MUST have GED or HS Diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to complete all preemployment requirements prior to starting
