About the position
Maropost is growing and we are looking for a talented Recruitment Lead to support our talented team and to help build our very own center of excellence. This very dynamic individual has a passion for building a customer centric hiring journey a proactive approach combined with a solution driven attitude and a bias for collaboration and teamwork.
What youll be responsible for:
Oversee the recruitment activities in our India office.
Act as the brand ambassador for Maropost increasing our socialmedia presence including but not limited to brand messaging and targeted hiring campaigns.
Build excellent and business relationships with Hiring Managers based on trust support and collaboration. A customer driven approach.
Provide guidance to our recruitment team members to ensure hiring targets are met.
Ensure consistency in the of recruitment process and practices and alignment to our core values and culture.
Help build a sourcing strategy to attract and hire the best talent to support the organizational growth.
Manage endtoend recruitment for more complex roles.
Support with the Applicant Tracking System implementation.
Ensure all recruitment metrics are tracked consistently and accurately.
Identify any challenges in the recruitment process.
Ensure constant collaboration and alignment with the broader People and Culture team.
What youll bring to Maropost:
7 years of technical recruiting experience with at least 3 years in a seniorlevel role.
Bachelors degree in Humanities or a related field.
3 years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Previous experience recruiting across various locations and geographies is mandatory.
Strong expertise in fullcycle recruitment.
Knowledge and ability to use recruitment metrics to help guide recruitment decisions and improve processes are required.
Previous people leadership is a mandatory.
Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
A problemsolving mindset combined with a bias for action.
Handson experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) such as: iCIMS Workable Rippling
Ability to adapt to changes and build solutions. Positive attitude and a passion for recruitment.
