About you:

Were looking for a creative and strategydriven Social Media Manager to shape the voice of PlayerZero and Ready Player Me across X Warpcast Discord Instagram TikTok and YouTube. Youll lead our content and engagement strategycrafting bold narratives building cultural relevance and generating buzz around key drops and updates. Youre fluent in internet culture obsessed with storytelling and passionate about connecting with Web3 collectors and gaming communities. Youll turn our channels into highimpact platforms that drive brand recognition and grow a loyal following.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Own and shape our social strategy. Youll lead the content roadmap across X Warpcast Discord Instagram TikTok and YouTubealigning campaigns with product drops cultural moments and community buzz.
• Craft tailored content for every platform. Youll design channelnative strategies that hit the right tone format and timingwhether its a meme an announcement or a deepdive thread.
• Bring ideas to life with creative partners. Youll work with a crew of video editors designers and meme artists to produce scrollstopping content that resonates with our collector and gaming audiences.
• Set and protect our brand voice. Youll own voice and tone guidelines making sure everything we post feels fresh bold and unmistakably PlayerZero.
• Engage with our community in real time. Youll monitor and respond across channelsespecially X and Discordbuilding authentic connections and surfacing feedback that shapes what we build next.
• Run socialled campaigns. From AMAs to collabs and giveaways youll launch activations that grow our audience spark conversations and get people talking.
• Grow our ambassador and KOL network. Youll build and scale relationships with creators power users and influencersmanaging budgets and tracking ROI on collabs.
• Learn fast optimize faster. Youll dig into metrics understand whats working and adapt quicklyalways staying ahead of culture and platform shifts.

What you bring:

• Social media native. You live and breathe social platformscreating native content riding the algorithm and turning scrolls into follows across every major platform.
• Web3 & gaming fluency. You speak the language of digital collectors and gamers. Memecoins Loot drops Youre already in the thread.
• Community instincts. You dont just postyou connect. Youve got a radar for emerging voices a knack for turning users into superfans and the patience to build trust one reply at a time.
• KOL & influencer savvy. You know how to find onboard and grow relationships with creators. Youve managed ambassador programs and kept everyone aligned on goals and hype.
• Strong creative chops. Youve led or collaborated with creatives across motion video and design to produce standout content. You know what good looks likeand how to get it shipped.
• Copy that clicks. You can write sharp channelnative copy that informs engages or entertains.
• Performancedriven approach. You track what works adjust what doesnt and always push for better numbers and better storytelling.
• Proven track record. Youve grown social accounts driven community engagement and helped brands go from unknown to unavoidable.
• 4 years experience. Youve been deep in social media roles ideally in Web3 gaming or internetnative brands.
• Comfort with chaos (and opportunity). You thrive in fastpaced experimental environments where no two weeks look the sameand you bring structure where it counts.

• Have launched NFT collections. Youve been part of bringing a collection to lifefrom planning and storytelling to mint day and community engagement.

• Have worked in a fastpaced startup environment. You thrive in ambiguity move fast and know how to prioritize when everything is urgent.
