We are seeking an Appointment Setter in Laguna Hills CA. You can expect an hourly rate around $30.00/hour.

Description/Purpose of Position

  • We are looking for new champions to join our Sales Department. As an Appointment Setter you will be responsible for calling and setting appointments with executives and decision makers.You will work closely with the sales leadership team to deliver outreach through channels such as phone calls emails SMS and other digital channels.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • The role of the appointment setter is to identify connect and qualify leads for the senior sales team
  • Scheduled meetings that convert to new client relationships through well crafted automated prospecting messages and scripted phone calls
  • Works with the sales team to prioritize efforts refine selling strategies share results and plan next steps in a creative and proactive manner
  • Partners with the sales team to assist in pipeline development scheduling meetings and creating qualified opportunities
  • Hits or exceeds a companys conversion quotas by delivering qualified meetings
  • Prioritize and multitask based on business needs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
  • BA/BS degree in Sales Marketing or Business preferred but not required

Experience:

  • Equivalent work experience
  • Motivated self starter
  • Excellent English communication written and verbal skills required
  • Characteristics/Skills:
  • Proficiency in Apple computers
  • Experience with a CRM if not will train
  • High level of positivity and energy to learn in a high growth team focused environment
  • Self motivated and competitive who enjoys being part of a super dynamic team
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Excellent time management skills and desire to challenge yourself daily
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent conversion and soft skills
  • Self motivation and dedication
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients
  • A positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects
