Job Description
RPO Recruitments client a successful and growing engineering firm specialising in industrial projects across SA is currently seeking to employ a hardworking and committed Electrical Supervisor who can join their team in Pretoria as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Formulating Production Program Control/Planning
- Achieving Targets and Ensuring that Budgeting Guidelines are met
- Scheduling work throughout Plant/Site
- Managing General Multi Projects
- Working with Clients and Relationships
- Ordering of Raw Materials/Components for Plant Equipment and Labour Utilization
- Set Delivery Schedules
- Management of the Electrical Manufacturing and Installation Teams
- Adherence to Health and Safety Requirements
- Adherence to ISO Standards
- Adherence to any other instruction as given by the Electrical Contracts Manager
Requirements
- National Technical Certificate 3 with Electrical Trade Test
- Wiremans License (Phase 3 essential)
- Minimum 35 years supervisory and management experience in the automotive industry essential
- Knowledge of QC Plans EPlan Designs and OHSA Act
- Own transport essential with valid drivers license
- Willing to travel and work away from home
- Proficiency in MS Office
