What we are looking for:
- University degree;
- Minimum 5 years of financial audit;
- Strong English language skills other languages (German French) will be a plus;
- Strong accounting knowledge IFRS US GAAP or ESG reporting will be a plus);
- Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels;
- Welldeveloped listening and questioning techniques supported by strong analytical skills and organizational abilities;
- Strong team working skills with experience in supervising and developing junior staff;
- Proven record of strong project management skills;
- A strong desire for continuous improvement and client facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Providing assurance and audit services for financial or non financial statements to a variety of clients;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and established clients;
- Coordinating and supervising teams liaising with both client and other specialist staff in the practice to provide high quality client services;
- Providing a coordination role for audit and assurance clients including coaching and training of junior staff;
- In charge of the planning and monitoring of the allocated clients portfolio.
