As a Senior Landscape Designer withLawns of Dallas your creativity is showcased in the most captivating outdoor rooms in the metroplex. Strengthen our design studio and serve our clients as you manage a portfolio of highend custom residential projects averaging $4 million per year. Key Responsibilities
- Engage in meaningful consultation with new and existing clients to understand the needs of their property and vision for the space
- Create detailed site plans visual representationsthrough CAD programs and comprehensive estimates with contracts
- Liase with clients vendors and our Construction Team as you guide the entire lifecycle of the project from initial planning to final completion
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Landscape Design (BS Landscape Hort)or Landscape Architecture (BLA)with 5 years of experience in highend residential workora minimum of 10 years of highend design and sales experience
- An artistic eye for the elements of design such as color theory texture balance proportion and more
- Ability to incorporatedigitaldevices and platforms (i.e. tablets iPhone AutoCAD programs CRM systems Microsoft Suite)
- Horticultural knowledge of theecological conditions in the Dallas area and their impacts on a proposed design
- Construction knowledge of the building methods and buildability of hardscapeelements included in adesign

Compensation Package
