Job Description
On behalf of one of our clients based in Zurich we are seeking a highly experiencedTeam Leader ITto lead and optimize IT infrastructure while ensuring seamless network administration and technical support. This seniorlevel role involves strategic oversight process improvements and team leadership to enhance operational efficiency and security across the organization.
Oversee the administration maintenance and optimization of IT systems and network infrastructures.
Lead a team of IT professionals providing guidance and mentorship to enhance performance and service delivery.
Develop and implement IT policies security measures and best practices to ensure system reliability and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents (Level 2 and 3 related to system and network performance.
Drive IT projects including system migrations upgrades and integration of new technologies.
Monitor and analyze network performance to ensure optimal availability security and scalability.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT strategies with business objectives.
Manage vendor relationships negotiate contracts and oversee external IT service providers.
Requirements
Languages:Fluent in SwissGerman/German and professionallevel English.
Education:Degree in IT Computer Science or equivalent (mandatory).
Experience:Minimum7 yearsof proven experience in IT infrastructure network administration and technical support.
Certifications:Cisco ITIL or similar certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
Strong expertise in network technologies (LAN/WAN VPN firewalls) and system environments (Windows Linux virtualization).
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop highperforming teams.
Excellent problemsolving abilities with a strategic mindset to drive operational improvements.
