Job Description
Job Title: Physician Assistant Home Healthcare
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant with 3 years of experience in the Home Healthcare department to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing highquality medical care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients in their homes.
2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs.
3. Prescribe medications and other treatment options as necessary.
4. Monitor and evaluate patient progress making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as nurses and therapists to ensure coordinated care for patients.
6. Educate patients and their families on disease management medication adherence and lifestyle modifications.
7. Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records for all patients.
8. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices in home healthcare.
Qualifications:
1. BAMS/MBBS or related field.
2. Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant degree (Maharashtra Council Certificate).
3. 25 years of experience working in the Home Healthcare/ hospital ICU and emergency department.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
6. Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
7. CPR certification required.
