Reporting to the Associate Dean Student Success Programs the special project assistant will support the work of the Associate Dean throughout the Workday Student implementation process. The position assists the Associate Dean / Student Advising Workstream Lead as the primary point of coordination for workstream meetings communications and file/materials management. The incumbent will collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to facilitate workstream transparency accountability and compliance with required deadlines and deliverables. Typical position tasks include meeting scheduling agenda building stakeholder communications project materials management and overall workstream progress monitoring. The incumbent will also support the Associate Dean in general administrative tasks related to the operations of the student success area.Project Management Experience
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrated history of effective interpersonal written and verbal communication in a business setting
Knowledge of and previous experience with digital file management and business technology including zoom SmartSheets asana excel word and google suite or similar.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities within specified deadlines
Ability to work independently collaboratively and within a large team setting
Ability to effectively and creatively problemsolve positionrelated issues with minimal supervision
Bachelors degree or two years of businessrelated post high school training
Ability to work during Berklee business hours (Monday Friday 9am 5pm EST)
Ability to work in a hybrid environment (both oncampus and remote)
