Why This Job
CMC is seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Network Architect you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our network infrastructure to support the organizations infrastructure and business objectives. You will work hands on and closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver reliable scalable and secure network solutions.

What Youll Do
- Architect design and implement robust network solutions using industryleading technologies.
- Oversee the management and optimization of network infrastructure to ensure high availability performance and security
- Implement and maintain network security measures ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams OT Operations security and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of network services.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for networkrelated issues ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical individuals ensuring interactions are helpful respectful and courteous to facilitate successful troubleshooting
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network architecture configurations and processes. Generate regular reports on network performance and security.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in network technologies and best practices. Propose and implement improvements to enhance network efficiency and security.
- Manage relationships with network hardware and software vendors to ensure optimal performance and support.
- Lead networkrelated projects from conception through implementation ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Provide technical guidance mentorship and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development
- Develop and maintain security policies that align with zero trust architecture.
- Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization
What Youll Need
- Proven experience as a Network Architect or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of network architecture and design principles
- Handson experience with Cisco (Routing/Switching Nexus ACI ISE) Checkpoint F5 Cloudflare Meraki IT/OT Environments and understanding of zero trust architecture (i.e. Zscaler).
- Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical team members
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA CCNP CCIE) are a plus.
Your Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent work experience
