About the Position
We are hiring CNA who is professional energetic and nurturing. You will provide handson support as a one to one their home as they work on daily activities and longterm goals. Must have prior experience in changing a stoma bag.
Location & Schedule
Location: Des Plaines IL
Schedule:MondayFriday 4:30pm8:30pm
Driving Requirement
You must have a valid drivers license & be willing to drive company vehicles to be eligible for this position
Pay
- Base rate: $21/hour
Requirements
You must meet the following requirements:
Pass:
A fingerprint criminal background check
A child abuse and neglect check
A drug screen.
Provide:
Proof of successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent
An original document (no photocopies) showing high school completion or high school equivalency. Examples include: High school diploma GED certificate college transcript
Residency for the past 2 years
Current & original documents that verify your identity & ability to legally work in the United States
Two verifiable employment references within the last 3 years
