Approval of time cards for QC employees in BioScience.
Responsible for maintenance of Quality Irregularity Reports (QIRs) file and for periodic reporting in regards to QIRs.
Maintenance of hold area physically and electronically in ERP system.
Perform initial training and retraining for QC employees in BioScience
Responsibility II
Organization of Incoming Good Inspection (IGI) according to valid procedures.
Organization of measurements via Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and scheduling of machine usage to optimize resources
Coordination of complaint testing for semifinished and bioscience products
Administration calibration and maintenance of testing equipmentfor BioScience in cooperation with the QA/QC Manager.
Maintain QM documents for QC BioScience in cooperation with the QA/QC Manager.
Responsible for document exchange in QC BioScience
Periodic information exchange and evaluation of Quality trends with GBO corporate organization
Establish training plans qualifications and training of subordinate employees
Support budget and financial goals within Quality Department
Other dutiesas assigned.

Product evaution according to valid specifications Proof Plans or testing procedures
Issue QM documents for QC BioScience.
Personnel selection for QC BioScience in arrangement with the QA/QC Manager.
Communication and exchange of results and procedures with counterparts of corporate organization to drive corrections and improvements.
Designate employees for closing QIRs after checks for possible corrections and cost evaluations in cooperation with the QA/QC Manager.
Release and restriction of testing equipment with the QA/QC Manager.
Decision for restriction or release of product according to valid procedures and standards.
