Job Description
You are the memory the guest will remember most you will be the embodiment of their breakfast experience. Your job is to provide friendly attentive and timely service to help create an unforgettable breakfast experience for all of our guests
Performance Expectations
Treat customers and coworkers with courtesy and respect
Arrives on time for all scheduled shifts and meetings
Makes eye contact and greets guest enthusiastically
Receive assignment at the beginning of each shift
Respond promptly and courteously to guests requests ensure the ultimate in satisfaction with the food service and ambiance
Handle all food and beverage orders and accurately enter orders in our pointofsales system
Be an adaptable and invaluable member of the team; deliver food and beverages seat guests bus tables wipe down walls etc.
Perform side work at the beginning middle and end of each shift according to our outlines
Maintain a clean restaurant from tables to pantry refrigeration units to host stands
In a timely fashion prepare the bill deliver said bill and thank our guests for dining with us
Notify manageronduty any time a guest is not 100 satisfied with their experience
Success Patterns for this position are
May have experience working in customer service and/or the foodservice/hospitality industry (not always required)
Has a reputation for giving great service to guests and coworkers
Can handle multiple tasks at one time
Is able to work independently and as a member of a team
Communicates professionally in person and on the phone
Can maintain high energy during the entire shift
Fun energetic and loves to smile
Prior experience recommended
Possesses basic math skills
Physical Requirements
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time 11 plus hours)
Possess basic math skills and able to operate a pointofsales system
Be able to safely lift food and drink frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 lbs
