Position Overview
As a Server you will provide friendly attentive service in our restaurant or bar ensuring each guest enjoys a warm welcoming and delicious experience. From menu knowledge to tableside service youll be a key part of the guests overall resort experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and warmly offering menu recommendations and answering questions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently ensuring proper timing and presentation.
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely and organized manner.
- Handle payments accurately and provide receipts/change as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with setup breakdown and cleaning of dining areas as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience as a restaurant server or in a guestfacing food & beverage role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- Friendly professional and guestfocused demeanor.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol (age and certification if applicable).
