Position: Maintenance Senior Engineer
Qualifications: BE / Diploma Mechanical
Experience: Min6 years of Experience in Machine shop CNC VMC
Salary: Up to 4.20 LPA
JOBProfile:
- Maintaining Daily Maintenance log
- Maintaining all Machines oil Consumption
- Solving problems related to Hydraulic & Pneumatic
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical
- Attending Breakdown of VMC CNC HMC Unisign Grinding Induction Hardening Facing Centring machines Etc.
- Knowledge of Replacement of axis bearings Ball screw Replacement LM replacement.
- On Turning center Attending Problems Related to Turret Turret alignments.
- Attending breakdown maintenance of CNC Turning Grinding VMC
- Fixture Maintenance & Pipining Work Leakage Cylinder Internal Leakage.
- HMC Machine ZAxis Boll Screw Greasing.
