Hiring HHAs CNAs and PCAs Join PHILIA Dedicated Care Team in Northern Virginia
Location: Fairfax Springfield Arlington Alexandria and surrounding area of Virginia
Schedule: FullTime / PartTime / Flexible Shifts
Start Date: Immediate Openings Available
Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our dedicated team providing highquality home care services to clients in the Northern Virginia Area!.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Help with mobility and transferring
- Light housekeeping meal preparation and laundry
- Assist with medication reminders and appointments
- Run errands and provide transportation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor health and report any changes to the family or care team
Requirements:
- Valid CNA HHA or PCA certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health aid or caregiving
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Current TB test and health screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years or older
- Compassionate nature and a genuine enjoyment of working with seniors
