Were a preseed stage B2B SaaS startup poised to redefine workplace communication and were seeking a Chief Product Officer to join as a founding member. This is a handson leadership role where youll directly influence our product strategy gotomarket plan and scaling efforts while navigating the unique challenges of an earlystage startup.
The Role:
As our Chief Product Officer youll lead the charge in crafting a product that resonates with businesses seeking to optimize team communication and engagement. Youll be instrumental in helping us achieve productmarket fit creating a scalable product roadmap and ensuring a seamless journey for our users.
This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader with technical sensibilities a passion for building in earlystage environments and a desire to make a meaningful impact on team communication and collaboration globally.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap aligned with Yoked AIs mission and goals.
- Collaborate with the CEO and technical team to refine the product strategy for early market adoption.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and user needs ensuring product relevance and differentiation.
GotoMarket Strategy:
- Develop and execute the gotomarket strategy bridging the gap between product development and user acquisition.
- Work closely with sales marketing and customer success teams to align efforts and maximize product engagement.
Product Market Fit:
- Engage with early adopters to gather feedback iterate on the product and validate assumptions.
- Use datadriven insights to refine features identify pain points and optimize the user experience.
Operational Leadership:
- Build and lead the product team as the company scales fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Drive crossfunctional initiatives ensuring seamless communication between technical operational and business units.
Scaling User Engagement:
- Focus on creating a product that encourages longterm engagement and demonstrates measurable value for teams.
- Develop key performance indicators to measure user success and iterate on strategies to increase retention.
Who You Are:
- You thrive in earlystage prerevenue environments and have experience building products from the ground up.
- Youre both strategic and handson capable of wearing multiple hats to drive results in a lean startup setting.
- You have a technical sensewhile you dont need to code you can collaborate effectively with engineering teams to translate vision into technical requirements.
- Youre customerobsessed continuously seeking insights to refine and improve the product experience.
- Youre a natural leader with a collaborative mindset ready to inspire and rally a team around a shared vision.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Product Officer VP of Product or similar leadership role in a B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated success in achieving productmarket fit for earlystage prerevenue startups.
- Strong understanding of gotomarket strategies for B2B products.
- Experience in datadriven decisionmaking and analytics to guide product development.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a track record of building and managing highperforming teams.
- Familiarity with workplace communication tools behavioral assessments or team collaboration platforms is a plus.
