Job Description
As a Finance Manager at Kellanova your responsibilities include complex financial analysis across functions and business units. Youll establish and monitor short and longterm financial goals providing insights on profit drivers. Additionally youll offer monthly financial variance analysis and recommendations for profit improvement. This role is hybrid and can be located in the Battle Creek MI or Chicago IL area.
As part of Kellanovas Away from Home team youll focus on products sold outside grocery stores think convenience stores cafeterias college campuses and airports. Working specifically on innovation projects and strategies youll collaborate with leadership and influence the future of Kellanova!
A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
- Planning and Reporting Conduct complete monthly financial forecasting oversee monthend closing processes participate in annual budget development and perform ROI analysis.
- Process Improvement Enhance process efficiency in budgeting forecasting and reporting. Your goal will be to deepen understanding of expense drivers and anticipate future trends all while taking ownership and ensuring plan delivery.
- Leadership Deliver presentations to executive management oversee monthly variance analysis and identify and communicate risks.
- Business Partnering Work crossfunctionally with Commercial Strategy Supply Chain Sales and Marketing to drive business performance.
Were Looking for Someone With
- Bachelors degree in Finance or related field
- Experience working with multiple and challenging priorities with time constraints
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to guide and influence others at all organizational levels
- Experience in financial planning and analysis with the ability to tell stories with data
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
