The Talent Incubation Program within Jarvis Consulting Group identifies high potential individuals and develops them into professional technology consultants working with the hottest technologies in some of Canadas top companies.

Experience and education
- At least one year of experience in a recruiting focused role
- Diploma or degree
- Good creative problem solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Technical proficiency working with applicant tracking systems and CRM systems
- Legally permitted to work in Canada (citizen/permanent resident/work permit)
- Nice to have: A technology background
- Convenient downtown location minutes from the subway
- Ability to work remotely
- Casual dress code (when not conducting inperson meetings)
