Designation:Air Ticketing Executive (International)
Qualification: Min Graduate
Work Timings: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm
Working Days: Mon to Sat
Workplace: Lower Parel
Experience: Min 4 Years
Brief Job Description
- Book and issue airline tickets for international travel using GDS systems (e.g. Amadeus).
- Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules fares and travel regulations.
- Handle changes cancellations and refunds efficiently and in accordance with airline policies.
- Ensure compliance with travel industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of airline rules promotions and travel trends.
- Assist clients with travelrelated inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex booking issues.
- Process payments and manage invoicing for ticketing services.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.
Requirement:
- Proven experience as an Air Ticketing Agent or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g. Amadeus).
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures and travel industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Diploma or equivalent; additional travel/tourism certification is a plus.
