About the Job:
As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team youll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Java AI Developer youll use your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our software products for our customers.
What Youll Get to Do:
- Develop and optimize Javabased applications that integrate Generative AI models for text image and multimodal processing.
- Work with APIs and SDKs from OpenAI Hugging Face Google Gemini or other GenAI platforms to embed LLM capabilities into applications.
- Build microservices and APIs to serve GenAIpowered functionalities at scale.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to finetune and deploy custom language models.
- Optimize GenAI solutions for performance costefficiency and security in cloud environments (AWS Azure GCP).
- Implement prompt engineering retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) and AI pipeline optimizations to enhance application capabilities.
- Stay up to date on emerging LLMs vector databases and AI tooling to bring cuttingedge solutions to the team.
What Youll Bring with You:
- 2 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs and frameworks such as OpenAI API LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience integrating Generative AI models (e.g. GPT LLaMA Claude Gemini) into applications.
- Experience working with vector databases (e.g. Pinecone Weaviate FAISS) for RAGbased applications is a plus
- Knowledge of data structures algorithms and system performance optimization.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a passion for AI innovation.
- Willingness to work in the Maitland (Orlando) office 3 days per week.
