Job Description

Lead Exciting Electrical Communications Projects Join Us as a Supervisor!

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing site operations ensuring safety and quality standards and maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a telecommunications project team ensuring compliance with safety quality and legislative requirements.
  • Supervise crew members subcontractors and workplace participants fostering a productive and respectful work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental (HSE) guidelines conducting toolbox meetings and daily prestarts.
  • Manage procurement of materials equipment and goods (up to agreed value) ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Liaise with clients stakeholders and subcontractors addressing any issues and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Monitor project progress manage labour forecasting and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality control ensuring all work meets specifications and legislative requirements.
  • Complete daily production records timekeeping and reporting as required by the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Electrical License (preferred) and Telecommunications Accreditation (ASIAL telecommunications cabling license).
  • Cert III in Telecommunications (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing telecommunications projects including staff supervision client liaising and subcontractor coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of NSW Health ICT Cabling Standards and construction industry practices.
  • Fluke certification and experience with vendorbased telecommunications products.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to resolve conflicts and lead teams effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail problemsolving abilities and proactive approach to project management.
