In this role you will oversee one or more Pods ensuring the successful delivery of working software to production while implementing our Agile at Scale Delivery model.
We are looking for a key member of the Tech Project Management team the Portfolio Analyst will play a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance coordination and management of a Domain Portfolio within the Oliver Wyman Group (OWG) Tech Project Portfolio. This position is essential for aligning our initiatives with the companys strategic vision commitments and objectives. The Portfolio Analyst will spearhead the development of innovative processes and standards for streamlined resource management and precise tracking of project financials.
We will count on you to:
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with cross functional internal stakeholders including Domain Leaders Product Owners and other department colleagues to clarify roles and resource expectations for projects aligning with business strategies.
- Facilitation and Negotiation:Utilize strong facilitation and negotiation skills to foster effective teamwork and resolve conflicts within diverse groups.
- Technological Exposure:Leverage experience with various technologies to enhance adaptability and understanding of project requirements.
- Team Player:Contribute positively to team dynamics and support overall team success.
What you need to have:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Project Management Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of project management experience including 1 year managing large portfolios.
- Proficient in project management methodologies Agile and tools (e.g. Planview Trello).
- Familiarity with current project management trends including datadriven decisionmaking risk management stakeholder satisfaction and benefits realization.
