Lead Implementation Consultant

As a vital part of the Nordics team youll deliver impactful results mentor consultants influence strategic decisions and bridge the gap between technical expertise and business needs. Reporting to the Manager Services youll collaborate within a small dynamic local team of project managers (Lead) consultants and sales colleagues.
Youll join a hybrid working environment with regular team meetings at our Gothenburg office to foster connection learning and teamwork.

You will successfully fulfil your role by:

• Mastering the capabilities of the broad Planon software portfolio and translating innovative ideas into tailored solutions.
• Leading the implementation process with a proactive entrepreneurial mindset and acting as a trusted advisor to clients also ensuring alignment with client requirements and SLAs
• Identifying opportunities for improvement for both customers and Planon ensuring valuedriven outcomes.
• Delivering software solutions through close collaboration with account managers project managers and consultants.
• Facilitating workshops conducting customer training and designing solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Supporting and mentoring team members to drive their growth and enhance overall team performance.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Strong technical knowledge with a background as e.g. implementation consultant understanding software flow and its implications.
• Proven experience in leading teams and writing specifications with a willingness to learn and develop in this area.
• Ability to conduct workshops and explain how customer processes align with the system.
• Strong decisionmaking skills and the ability to support consultants in selecting the best solutions.
• Experience in engaging with clients IT departments and understanding the importance of technical expertise.
• Fluent in English and Swedish any additional Nordic language is a plus.
