Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a fulltime position requiring 1 to 4 years of experience. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer relationships in a competitive online market. The ideal candidate must have strong sales skills effective communication and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven sales experience with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 4 years in a similar domain.
- Proficiency in communication both written and spoken is essential for engaging with clients and closing deals (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships for sustained business growth.
- Experience in managing customer satisfaction and understanding their needs to improve service delivery.
- Strong skills in convincing people and persuading them to make purchasing decisions.
- Competent in negotiation ensuring beneficial terms for both the company and clients.
- Must possess strong sales capabilities to meet and exceed sales targets consistently (Mandatory skill).
- A basic understanding of customer relationship management tools and systems to maintain customer data and insights.
