We are seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst to lead datadriven initiatives and enhance business performance. In this role you will research plan and evaluate the effectiveness of processes systems and methodologies by analyzing and interpreting complex data. Your expertise will support key business decisions drive process improvements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Your Impact

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
Design develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using Crystal Reports Power BI SQL and SAP Business Objects
Research analyze and interpret complex data to evaluate the effectiveness of business processes and systems
Develop insightful dashboards and KPIs to support datadriven decisionmaking
Write complex SQL queries develop stored procedures and optimize query performance as data volumes grow
Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and align insights with business objectives

SharePoint Management & Optimization
Maintain and enhance the SharePoint team site ensuring accurate documentation and seamless collaboration
Develop pages document libraries and workflows to improve team efficiency
Provide training and support to help endusers maximize SharePoint functionality

Technical Support & Continuous Improvement
Administer and support Crystal Enterprise ensuring scheduled reports are delivered on time
Act as frontline support for SAP BusinessObjects troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Serve as the primary point of contact for Crystal Reports Power BI SQL queries and SharePoint
Suggest and implement enhancements to reporting systems to improve efficiency and user experience
Maintain clear documentation for report specifications SQL code and system configurations

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

Required:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Five years of experience working with relational databases and reporting applications with strong SQL proficiency
Familiarity with thirdparty reporting tools such as Crystal Reports 2020 or later Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects
Solid working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Experience in developing and administering SharePoint pages

Preferred:
Experience with ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes
Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
