Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the monthend and yearend close processes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Perform and review account reconciliations identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Support financial statement preparation and compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure accurate financial data.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to accounting staff as needed.
- CPA certification is required.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Strong handson experience with reconciliations and monthend close.
- Minimum 7 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in ERP accounting software (e.g. Oracle NetSuite SAP) and Excel.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
